Welcome to StashWiz. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StashWiz mobile application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use StashWiz. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your Account

To use certain features of StashWiz you must create an account by providing your name, surname, and email address. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials secure and confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or harm the Service or its users.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the app.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content and data you create within StashWiz. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely as needed to operate the Service for you. We do not share your data with third-party services.

5. Account Termination & Deletion

You may delete your account and personal data at any time directly from within the StashWiz app. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. See our Account Deletion page for details.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or if continued use of the Service may harm StashWiz, other users, or third parties.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep StashWiz available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StashWiz and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
