Account Deletion

StashWiz lets you delete your account and all of your personal data directly from within the mobile app. This page explains how the process works and what data is removed.

Heads up: Deleting your account is immediate and permanent. Once confirmed, your account and data cannot be recovered.

How to Delete Your Account

To delete your StashWiz account from the mobile app:

Open the StashWiz app and sign in to your account.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Once you confirm, your account and associated data are deleted immediately. You will be signed out of the app and will no longer be able to access your account.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

Your name and surname.
Your email address.
All content and data you created within the app.
Any device sync records associated with your account.

What Data May Be Retained

We may retain a minimal amount of information only where required by law (for example, to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes). Any retained information will be limited and will not be used for any other purpose.
